Kraut Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 No 303 can sauerkraut
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos drained
- 12 c cooking oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c white vinegar
Directions
- Mix kraut onion bell pepper celery and pimentos
- Pour sugar over vegetables and stir
- Cover and refrigerate overnight 24 hours
- Next day drain real good stir to help with the draining
- When drained good add the oil and vinegar
- Keep covered will keep several weeks in refrigerator
