Krisp Sweet Dills

Ingredients

  • 2 qt Kosher dills
  • 3 c sugar
  • 23 c vinegar
  • 12 c water
  • 1 tsp mixed pickle spices

Directions

  1. Drain Kosher dills cut into strips and rinse well in clear water drain
  2. Put back into jars
  3. Mix the rest of ingredients in kettle boil one minute
  4. Let cool
  5. Pour over dills
  6. Let stand overnight in refrigerator before using
  7. Will get crisper with age
