Kugali
Ingredients
- 5 lb peeled potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 tsp Accent
- 12 lb bacon
- 12 can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Fry bacon until it starts to brown
- Add chopped onion
- Fry until onion browns set aside
- Do not drain grease
- Add this to potato mixture
- Grate potatoes into cold water
- Stir well Drain
- Add eggs milk salt pepper and Accent
- Stir well
- Add bacon and onion
- Bake at 350 until brown
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 325 for 1 12 hours
