Kugel
Ingredients
- 14 lb margarine
- 23 c milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 lb medium width noodles
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lb small curd cottage cheese
- 1 12 large apples chopped fine
- 34 c milk
- raisins optional
Directions
- In 9 x 13-inch baking dish melt margarine
- Boil noodles 5 minutes until still slightly firm
- Mix remaining ingredients together and beat well
- Mix together with noodles
- Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 until bubbling
- Cool until warm to touch
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
- Serve warm or cold Refrigerate leftovers
- Great served warm with cream
