Lake Ozette Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Ingredients
- 2 12 c whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 12 c soured milk
- 12 c molasses
- 14 c wheat germ
- 14 c dry milk
Directions
- Stir together the dry ingredients
- Mix together the liquid ingredients well and blend into the dry ingredients
- Grease a tube pan or 1-quart casserole dish
- Sprinkle sesame seed in the pan and shake to distribute
- Pour batter into the pan and let stand for 20 minutes before baking
- Bake at 350 for about 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick test shows done
