Lamb Curry
Ingredients
- 2 c finely chopped cooked lamb
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium apple peeled
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp each Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt
- 14 tsp garlic salt
- 2 c hot lamb broth chicken or beef bouillon
- additional bouillon or milk for thinning
- coconut for garnish
- 1 c rice cooked according to package directions
Directions
- Trim fat from lamb
- Finely chop
- Place lamb in bowl and set aside
