Lamb Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground lamb
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp instant onion
• 2 c crushed dry bread crumbs
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix as for meat loaf
2. Bake at 300 for 45 to 50 minutes
3. As it bakes keep grease poured off from pan
