Lamb Loin Chops With Walnut Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 lamb loin chops cut 34-inch thick
- 14 c honey
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 14 c finely chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
Directions
- Place lamb chops on an unheated rack in a broiler pan
- Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper Turn broil 5 to 6 minutes more
