Lamb Loin Chops With Walnut Glaze

Ingredients

• 4 lamb loin chops cut 34-inch thick
• 14 c honey
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 14 c finely chopped walnuts
• 2 Tbsp snipped parsley

Directions

1. Place lamb chops on an unheated rack in a broiler pan
2. Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes
3. Season with salt and pepper Turn broil 5 to 6 minutes more
