Lamb Roast
Ingredients
- 3 lb roast
- 34 c white wine
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- favorite barbecue sauce
- 34 c water
- flour
Directions
- Flour lamb roast and place in baking pan with 34 cup of water
- Cover pan and place in oven at 500 for 30 minutes Remove roast from oven
- Add the white wine lemon juice garlic powder and bay leaf
- Cover pan again cook for 3 hours at 350 Lastly remove pan from oven and debone roast
- Pour favorite barbecue sauce over meat in pan to suit individual taste
- Broil meat in oven for 5 minutes or less
