Lamb Shanks

Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 1 8 oz can Hunts tomato sauce
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 c white wine
- 1 tsp pepper
- 14 c brown sugar
Directions
- Put shanks in covered ovenproof casserole
- Mix all other ingredients and cut large onion and put slices on top of shanks Pour all over shanks and cover your dish
- Potatoes and carrots may be added to dish
- Bake 3 hours in 300 oven
