Lamb Stew
Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb stew meat
- water to cover
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 carrots
- 14 tsp parsley
- 14 tsp thyme
- 14 tsp curry powder more if desired
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Accent
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Cook lamb in water for about 20 minutes
- Add seasonings and simmer together until meat is tender
- Remove bay leaf
