LanaS Peasant Bread

Ingredients

• 2 c lukewarm water
• 1 pkg yeast
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
• 4 c bread or all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp cornmeal
• melted butter

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine water yeast sugar and salt
2. Stir until dissolved
3. Add flour dough will be wet
4. Place dough onto floured platter
