Large Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 34 c melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 10 oz shredded Velveeta cheese
  • 1 12 c crushed corn flakes

Directions

  1. Thaw potatoes
  2. Combine in a large bowl with 12 cup melted butter salt pepper onion soup sour cream and shredded cheese Blend well and pour into a 3-quart casserole dish which has been greased with butter
  3. Mix remaining melted butter with crushed corn flakes sprinkle on top of potato mixture
  4. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes
