Lasagna By Ruff
Ingredients
- ground beef or turkey
- 1 5 lb box Velveeta cubed
- 6 to 8 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 16 oz box lasagna noodles boiled firmly
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 12 tsp meat tenderizer
- seasonings cheeses and added vegetables to your taste
Directions
- First cover bottom of pan with tomato sauce completely
- Then add ground meat and cheese
- Cover with lasagna noodles about 4 To start the second layer cover the noodles with tomato sauce meat and cheese
- Repeat this process until you have run out of meat cheese and noodles
- All seasonings and vegetables are to be cooked with meat
- Your top layer should be covered with meat cheese and plenty of sauce so the noodles wont get hard
- Cover and bake at 450 for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted thoroughly
- Feeds 6 to 8 people
