Lasagna Florentine

Ingredients

• 34 c chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 2 26 oz jars pasta sauce
• 1 15 or 16 oz container Ricotta cheese
• 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
• 1 lb Mozzarella cheese shredded
• 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 1 lb pkg lasagna noodles cooked and drained

Directions

1. In a large pan cook onion and garlic in oil
2. Add pasta sauce simmer 15 minutes
3. In a bowl mix Ricotta spinach 1 cup Mozzarella Parmesan and eggs
