Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cans spaghetti seasoning McCormick
- 1 lb lasagna
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 6 oz cans tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 2 c water
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 34 lb Mozzarella cheese
- 34 lb Ricotta or cottage cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Brown in skillet ground beef olive oil parsley onion and garlic
- Add tomato paste water salt and pepper simmer for 12 hour or more
- Add lasagna noodles to 6 quarts of salted boiling water cook for 15 to 30 minutes stirring constantly
- Drain Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese
- Arrange in a baking dish with lasagna first meat sauce Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
