Combine hamburger mushrooms pepper V-8 oregano pepper and cornstarch
Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens stirring constantly 5 minutes or more
Layer this mixture then 13 cup of cheeses and eggs mixed on each noodle and roll up Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and add 1 cup of sauce on bottom and put rolls in then top with remaining sauce
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
Add Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more
