Lasagne Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 8 pieces curly edge lasagne uncooked
- 1 34 c Ricotta cheese
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 14 oz tomato sauce your favorite
Directions
- Cook pasta just enough so it is soft enough to roll
- Dont overcook
- Drain and lay flat on foil to cool
- Combine Ricotta cheese 12 cup of Mozzarella cheese egg Parmesan cheese salt and pepper in bowl
- Spread cheese filling on each noodle
- Top with a little sauce then roll them up
- Place in baking dish seam side down
- Top with more sauce
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
- Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese
- Continue to bake until cheese melts
