Lasagne Roll-Ups
Ingredients
- 8 oz lasagne uncooked
- 1 15 or 16 oz container Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 26 to 32 oz jar prepared spaghetti sauce
- 12 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Cook lasagne acccording to package directions drain and set aside
- In medium bowl blend Ricotta cheese eggs spinach Mozzarella cheese basil and marjoram
- Spread evenly on lasagne strips cut in half
