Late Louise HollandS Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
- 12 c boiling water
- 12 c liquid from peas
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c LeSueur peas drained
- 1 12 c grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp green pepper
- 14 c vinegar
- 1 14 c chopped celery
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- and
- put in 15 molds or a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- Refrigerate
- Mix
- mayonnaise in hot water and it will dissolve better
