LauraS Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- chicken
- 1 small can English peas drained
- 2 to 3 Tbsp chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 12 c noodles raw
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small jar pimentos drained
- 12 c milk
- 1 c grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
Directions
- Cook noodles in salt water about 5 minutes and drain
- Set aside
- Combine soup milk salt pepper broth onion and about 12 cup cheese and mix well
- Add cooked noodles peas and chicken mix well
- Put in buttered casserole dish
- Put rest of cheese on top
- Cook in 350 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes Can put a little more chicken broth in if needed before baking
