Layered Avocado Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip
- 3 mashed ripe avocados
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 pkg dry taco seasoning
- 2 c chopped lettuce
- 1 c chopped green onions
- 1 or 2 cans sliced black olives
- 2 c chopped tomatoes
- 2 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix together the bean dip avocados lemon juice salt and pepper
- Spread onto large platter spreading to edges
- Mix together the sour cream mayonnaise and taco seasoning
- Spread over bean mixture
- Layer remaining ingredients in the order given
- Chill for 3 to 4 hours
- Serve with tortilla style chips
