Layered Enchilada Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 6 tortillas spread with butter
- 1 4 12 oz can chopped olives
- 1 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c water
Directions
- Brown meat and onion add seasonings and tomato sauce
- This may be made ahead and used when ready
- In casserole round alternate layers of tortillas sauce olives and cheese
- Add water cover and bake at 400 for 30 minutes
- May be frozen before adding water for later use
- Serves 5 to 6
