Layered Garden Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 7 to 8 oz pkg spiral vegetable pasta
- 12 c green onion with tops chopped
- 14 c BacOs or real bacon
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 14 c lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp sugar
- 12 tsp garlic powder
- 4 c bite size lettuce or salad greens
- 1 medium zucchini 12 sliced or quartered
- 1 c sliced or small pieces cauliflower
- 1 c broccoli pieces
- 12 c green peppers bite size pieces
- 12 c celery bite size pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes wedged
- pepperoni slices cut in half
Directions
- Cook pasta as directed rinse in cold water
- Add onions and BacOs to pasta
- In separate bowl mix mayonnaise lemon juice cheese sugar and garlic powder
- Using a 3 12-quart salad bowl layer lettuce pasta mixture and vegetables
- Top with dressing mixture and border with tomatoes top with extra BacOs Refrigerate 2 hours or more before serving
