Layered Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 8 or more stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 c. fresh shredded parmesan cheese
- Bacon bits
Directions
- Layer a deep casserole dish starting with lettuce, then green onions, then celery, then water chestnuts, and finally peas. Spread dressing over top layer. Sprinkle parmesan over dressing. Garnish with bacon bits.
