Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed
• 12 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
• 1 pkg frozen peas thawed
• 1 bunch chopped green onions
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 12 head shredded lettuce
• 1 pt mayonnaise
• 12 lb grated Swiss cheese

Directions

1. In a greased 8x10 inch casserole layer each ingredient as listed
2. Add a Tbsp or so of mayonnaise to peas to keep them together
3. Refrigerate overnight
4. Cut into squares and serve
