Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach thawed
- 12 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 pkg frozen peas thawed
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 12 head shredded lettuce
- 1 pt mayonnaise
- 12 lb grated Swiss cheese
Directions
- In a greased 8x10 inch casserole layer each ingredient as listed
- Add a Tbsp or so of mayonnaise to peas to keep them together
- Refrigerate overnight
- Cut into squares and serve
