Layered Summer Salad

Ingredients
- 3 c shredded lettuce or fresh greens of choice
- 12 c low-calorie buttermilk dressing
- 2 strips bacon broiled and crumbled
- 2 c cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 oz cubed farmer cheese or other low-fat cheese
- 8 oz turkey or chicken cooked and cubed
Directions
- In a salad bowl layer the ingredients as follows lettuce 14 cup dressing bacon tomatoes cheese turkey or chicken and remaining 14 cup of dressing
- Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight
