Layered Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 c shredded lettuce or fresh greens of choice
  • 12 c low-calorie buttermilk dressing
  • 2 strips bacon broiled and crumbled
  • 2 c cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 oz cubed farmer cheese or other low-fat cheese
  • 8 oz turkey or chicken cooked and cubed

Directions

  1. In a salad bowl layer the ingredients as follows lettuce 14 cup dressing bacon tomatoes cheese turkey or chicken and remaining 14 cup of dressing
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight
