Ingredients

  • 12 c vinegar
  • 14 c vegetable oil
  • 12 c Dijon mustard
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 14 lb mushrooms

Directions

  1. Mix dressing first 4 ingredients in a jar Shake well Scrub or peel carrots and slice into rounds Steam green beans for 5 minutes drain Slice tomatoes cucumbers and mushrooms into slices Layer vegetables in a serving dish and top with dressing Refrigerate 1 hour or more before serving
