Lazy Daisy Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 c boiling water
• 1 c Quaker oats
• 12 c butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 34 tsp cinnamon
• 14 tsp nutmeg

Directions

1. Mix boiling water oats and butter let stand for 20 minutes Add sugar brown sugar vanilla eggs flour soda salt nutmeg and cinnamon
2. Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan greased and floured 50 minutes at 350
