Lefsa

Ingredients
- 9 c water
- 9 c instant potatoes
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 sticks margarine
- 3 c powdered milk
- 5 tsp salt
Directions
- Boil water and margarine
- Add everything else
- Spread in a cake pan cool
- Take 13 of the mixture and mix with 1 14 cups of flour
- Form into a log
- Cut into 16 pieces roll out thin Cook on a hot griddle until lightly brown on both sides
- Store in a damp towel
- Refrigerate or freeze
