Leftover Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients
- 1 14 c water
- 1 c quick oats
- 1 stick oleo
- 3 eggs
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Boil water
- Add oats stir and set aside to cool
- Or use the leftover oatmeal from breakfast instead of throwing it out Mix oleo eggs brown sugar sugar and cinnamon
- Add flour soda and salt
- Add cooled oatmeal and mix
- Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes
- Frost or dust with powdered sugar as desired or serve with whipped cream
- May be served hot or cold
