Lemon-Honey Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp softened butter
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 12 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb sliced carrots
- parsley
Directions
- Mix butter and mustard in saucepan
- Stir in honey lemon peel and lemon juice
- Heat Pour over carrots Sprinkle with parsley
- Makes 4 servings
