Lemon-Pepper Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz envelope Butter Buds
  • 1 Tbsp sliced green onion tops
  • 12 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 14 c water
  • 1 lb small red potatoes 6 to 8 cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. In a 9 x 13-inch pan combine Butter Buds onion tops and lemon-pepper seasoning Stir in water
  2. Add the potatoes
  3. Toss to coat well Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 45 to 50 minutes until potatoes are tender and beginning to brown stirring twice Goes great with Tangy Baked Chicken and has no fat
  4. Makes 4 side dish servings
