Lemon-Poppy Seed Muffins
Ingredients
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding mix 4-serving size
- 2 c Bisquick original mix
- 14 c poppy seed I use 18 c or 2 Tbsp
- 14 to 12 tsp grated lemon rind
Directions
- Grease bottoms of or use paper baking
- cups in regular muffin pan
- Mix oil milk eggs and pudding mix with fork until blended Stir in the poppy seeds
- Divide evenly into 12 prepared muffin pan
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven at 375
- Cool 10 minutes and drizzle with glaze
