Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 14 c powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix flour butter powdered sugar and salt
- Pat in 8 x 8-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes dont brown
- Beat the eggs sugar flour and lemon juice for 3 minutes
- Pour over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more
- When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Double the recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan
