Lemon Blueberry Bread
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine melted
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 c milk
- 12 c fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- In a mixing bowl beat butter sugar juice and eggs Combine flour baking powder and salt
- Stir into egg mixture alternately with milk
- Fold in lemon peel nuts and blueberries Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes Yield 1 loaf
