Lemon Blueberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 12 c butter or margarine melted
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 12 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 12 c milk
  • 12 c fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl beat butter sugar juice and eggs Combine flour baking powder and salt
  2. Stir into egg mixture alternately with milk
  3. Fold in lemon peel nuts and blueberries Pour into a greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes Yield 1 loaf
