Lemon Cake

Ingredients

• 1 small lemon Jell-O
• 4 eggs slightly beaten
• 2 lemon cake mixes
• 2 c powdered sugar
• 1 c hot water
• 34 c oil
• 12 c ReaLemon juice

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water
2. Cool to lukewarm
3. Add eggs slightly beaten oil and 1 cake mix and mix all together well for 2 minutes
4. Pour into greased floured pan 9 x 13-inch and bake 12 hour at 350
5. Take cake from oven
6. Prick holes in top
7. Pour mixture of 12 cup ReaLemon juice and 2 cups powdered sugar over all
