Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp melted margarine
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 12 c coconut
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 14 c water
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon grated
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1 c sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Melt margarine pecans and coconut
- Put in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan
- Put next 7 ingredients in large bowl Beat 2 minutes on medium speed
- Spoon batter into pan
- Bake in 350 preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes
