Lemon Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon cake mix with pudding
• 1 8 oz carton Cool Whip
• 1 Tbsp lemon rind grated
• 1 egg
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. Mix cake mix with Cool Whip Add lemon rind Beat well
2. Add well beaten egg
3. Roll in powdered sugar about 34 teaspoon at a time
4. Bake on a well-greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 350
5. Remove onto a rack to cool as they tend to stick
6. Makes about 5 12 dozen
