Lemon Cake Squares

Ingredients

• 6 Tbsp butter
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c milk
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 23 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Cream butter with 1 cup sugar
2. Add eggs and beat
3. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with the milk beating after each addition
4. Lastly add the 3 tablespoons lemon juice and beat
