Lemon Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon gelatin 3 oz
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs or 1 pkg grahams
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water and add lemon juice
  2. Cool
  3. Cream the cream cheese sugar and vanilla add gelatin
  4. Mix well
  5. Fold whipped Milnot into gelatin mixture
