Lemon Cheese Squares

Ingredients

• 1 lemon pudding cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 13 c oil
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

Directions

1. Mix together cake mix oil and 1 egg with a fork until crumbly
2. Pour 12 of the mix into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350
3. Blend cream cheese 1 egg lemon juice and sugar until creamy pour over cake mix
4. Sprinkle with remaining cake mixture
5. Bake 15 minutes longer
6. Let cool and cut into squares
