Lemon Chiffon Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 c sugar
- 5 Tbsp flour
- 3 egg yolks beaten
- 14 c lemon juice
- 1 c milk
- 3 egg whites beaten stiff
Directions
- Cream
- butter
- sugar
- and
- flour
- together and add egg yolks lemon
- juice and milk
- Fold in egg whites
- Pour into buttered casserole
- Place
- in
- pan of warm water and bake in preheated 375 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until firm
- Serves 8
