Lemon Chiffon Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 c sugar
  • 5 Tbsp flour
  • 3 egg yolks beaten
  • 14 c lemon juice
  • 1 c milk
  • 3 egg whites beaten stiff

Directions

  1. Cream
  2. butter
  3. sugar
  4. and
  5. flour
  6. together and add egg yolks lemon
  7. juice and milk
  8. Fold in egg whites
  9. Pour into buttered casserole
  10. Place
  11. in
  12. pan of warm water and bake in preheated 375 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until firm
  13. Serves 8
