Lemon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 34 c Crisco oil
- 34 c water
- 4 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 34 c chopped pecans optional
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients
- Pour 12 of batter into a 10 x 12-inch greased baking dish
- Mix sugar and cinnamon
- Spread 12 over batter and 12 of nuts
- Then add rest of batter cinnamon and nuts
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
- You can use any flavor cake mix and instant pudding you like
