Lemon Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c butter or oleo
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp grated lemon rind
- 3 12 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c sour cream
Directions
- Grease 3 9-inch round cake pans
- Cream butter and sugar add eggs and beat well
- Add vanilla and lemon rind
- Sift flour baking powder soda and salt
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350
