Lemon Crunch

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 c. flour
• 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 c. confectioners sugar
• 1 small container Cool Whip
• 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding (can also use chocolate)
• 3 c. milk
