Lemon Custard

Ingredients
- 23 c sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- juice from 2 lemons
- 1 stick butter melted
- rind from 2 lemons
Directions
- Put sugar and rind into food processor
- Blend well
- Add egg yolks juice and cooled butter blend
- Warm on stove about 10 minutes
- Do not boil
- Put into puffed pastry
