Lemon Custard

Ingredients

  • 23 c sugar
  • 5 egg yolks
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • rind from 2 lemons

Directions

  1. Put sugar and rind into food processor
  2. Blend well
  3. Add egg yolks juice and cooled butter blend
  4. Warm on stove about 10 minutes
  5. Do not boil
  6. Put into puffed pastry
