Lemon Daffodil Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 c whipping cream
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 small angel food cake
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • rind of 1 lemon
  • 14 oz can condensed milk

Directions

  1. Combine juice sugar and condensed milk add whipped cream Tear cake into small pieces and place in casserole dish or individual compotes
  2. Pour mixture over cake and blend together slightly
  3. Chill 24 hours before serving
  4. Pound cake can be used Yield 8 to 10 servings
