Lemon Delight

Ingredients

• 12 c butter or margarine
• 1 c all-purpose flour
• 34 c chopped walnuts or pecans divided
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 c sifted powdered sugar
• 3 c whipped topping thawed and divided
• 2 3 34 oz pkg lemon instant pudding and pie filling mix
• 3 c milk

Directions

1. Cut butter into flour until resembles coarse meal
2. Stir 12 cup nuts into flour mixture
3. Press pecan mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
5. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar beat until fluffy
6. Fold 1 cup whipped topping

8. Spread over crust Chill Combine pudding mix and milk at low speed
9. Spread over cream cheese
