Lemon Delight
Ingredients
- 12 c butter or margarine
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 34 c chopped walnuts or pecans divided
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c sifted powdered sugar
- 3 c whipped topping thawed and divided
- 2 3 34 oz pkg lemon instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Cut butter into flour until resembles coarse meal
- Stir 12 cup nuts into flour mixture
- Press pecan mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar beat until fluffy
- Fold 1 cup whipped topping
