Lemon Dill FishMakes 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 large oven bag
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 14 c water
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 12 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 lb fish fillets 12-inch thick
  • 1 Tbsp margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Shake flour in oven bag place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
  3. Add water lemon juice garlic and dill to bag
  4. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients
  5. Add fish fillets to bag Turn bag to coat fish with sauce
  6. Arrange fish in an even layer dot with margarine
  7. Close bag with nylon tie cut 6 half-inch slits in top
  8. Bake until fish is tender 15 to 20 minutes
