Lemon Drop Cookies
Ingredients
- 23 c cornstarch
- 1 c 2 sticks margarine softened
- 1 c flour
- 13 c confectioners sugar
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix with mixer until fluffy
- Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until they start to brown
- Let cool several minutes on sheet before removing to wire rack to cool completely
- Prepare icing recipe follows
- Gently spread onto cookies
- You might have some icing left over
- Makes about 5 dozen cookies
