Lemon Freeze Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 c crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 c hot water
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 can Pet milk chilled

Directions

  1. Mix lemon jello with hot water cool until just about ready to jell
  2. Mix and blend well cream cheese and sugar
  3. In a large bowl beat chilled Pet milk until fluffy
  4. Add jello mixture and cream cheese mixture to Pet milk mixture and mix well by hand
  5. If you want real lemon taste add 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
